Smart QC for the final cutting & packaging stage of zipper production. Multiple configurations inspect nylon, metal, and resin zippers before or after cutting.

2. Detectable Defects

The system detects 30+ common defects across teeth, tape, sliders, and cut positioning (nylon / metal / resin; model-dependent):

Teeth

In-Process Zipper Inspection Modules / Equipment

1. Overview

In-process vision QC at key zipper manufacturing stages—from metering (tooth)/sewing, tape gluing & punching, and slider insertion to top/bottom stop injection—to catch defects mid-process.

2. Products & Solutions

AI vision modules embed at key stations along the zipper line for in-process rejection and traceability. The flow below shows typical stations and matching inspection solutions (stations can be added or removed per your process).

For other stations or special machines, we offer station-level vision solutions with custom mounting and MES/PLC integration for closed-loop QC data.
