Smart QC for the final cutting & packaging stage of zipper production. Multiple configurations inspect nylon, metal, and resin zippers before or after cutting.

2. Detectable Defects

The system detects 30+ common defects across teeth, tape, sliders, and cut positioning (nylon / metal / resin; model-dependent):
